What were you searching in the docs?
The opening section of the Event Handler docs has a typo:
Event handler for Amazon API Gateway REST and HTTP APIs, Application Loader Balancer (ALB), Lambda Function URLs, and VPC Lattice.
The Application Loader Balancer (ALB) should be Application Load Balancer (ALB).
