Description
Implement VO conesearch for after 0.2 release. Most of the work would be on server side -- to validate and rank the top URLs to use. Server presumably hosted at STScI. Client is copied from VO package by Mike Droettboom. Client would use URLs in config file in cache, if available, or downloaded from server. Server codes are also distributed with astropy for completeness.
Client will be in astropy.io.vo.query
Server will be in astropy.io.vo.server
