What happened
We had a discussion on slack channel, https://the-asf.slack.com/archives/CHQ1L4T54/p1700151046447729?thread_ts=1700139381.329769&cid=CHQ1L4T54
The scenario is we use config to mount a new custom LAL and/or MAL script file, and activate them through SW_OTEL_RECEIVER_ENABLED_OTEL_METRICS_RULES
What you expected to happen
The script files should be mounted into init-container as well to make sure the table of database could be created properly.
