可以参考region迁移那部分文档，迁移的原理就是extend+remove。可能没有单独的文档对remove进行说明，我不太有印象了。 |

目前集群是3C3D模式 停电一次之后 重启节点 其中有个节点的data目录被删除掉了 导致起不起来 后通过该配置文件的方式使节点又重新启动 但是该节点下的SchemaRegion以及DataRegion的状态都是unknown状态 这种情况怎么解决
