Description
I am a new user reading the docs. When I follow a link between pages, and use the back button to return to a prior page, my scroll position is lost. This makes it difficult to find my place and I lose my context/train-of-thought. It also is counter to normal web behavior, perhaps highlighting a shortcoming of Angular SPAs.
Feature request: When navigating back in browser history, maintain the user's scroll position.
Here is a video comparing expected behavior (Wikipedia) compared to angular.io: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fhB-7YrPYxNmKLKRp5y7Hj3bvd7QS0Zt/view?usp=sharing
