Migration from StartupManager v1.x to Loadup v2
---------------------------------------------------
Ensure you have read the release notes in version.txt; in particular,
see the instructions regarding loaded and failed notifications.

Name changes
- Startup has changed to Loadup for the following classes:
StartupMonitorProxy, StartupResourceProxy, StartupResourceLoadedCommand,
StartupResourceFailedCommand; for example, we now have LoadupMonitorProxy
- interface IStartupProxy is now ILoadupProxy
- class StartupManager is now Loadup
- package name 'startupmanager' is now 'loadup', for example, 
'utilities.startupmanager.model' is now 'utilities.loadup.model'.
- in LoadupMonitorProxy
	- addResourceViaStartupProxy is now addResourceViaLoadupProxy
	- addResourcesViaStartupProxy is now addResourcesViaLoadupProxy
	- prefixIfAutoSRPName is now prefixIfAutoLRPName
	- findSRProxyByAppProxyName is now findLRProxyByAppProxyName.

Property jobId of StartupMonitorProxy
- does not exist in LoadupMonitorProxy
- instead of assigning a string to jobId, you could create a new instance 
of LoadupMonitorProxy with a meaningful proxy name; notification type on 
loaded and failed notifications is then required; one approach would be 
to use the jobId as the proxy name
- in mediators or commands, where the jobId was used as a notification 
type descriminiator, now use the LoadupMonitorProxy proxy name instead
- if finished with a previous instance of LoadupMonitorProxy, remember to 
invoke cleanup on that instance.

For users who have implemented their own IResourceList or have extended
the ResourceList class
- methods addResource and addResources have a changed signature, 
to include an arg that references the monitor instance
- existing usage that passes an IResourceList as
the data arg to the monitor constructor must change to (null,data)
since data is now the second optional arg, proxyName being the
first
- new method isToBeKeptOpen
- property resourceList is dropped; it was previously deprecated, use
method getResources instead.

For users who have implemented their own IRetryParameters or have
extended the RetryParameters class
- new parameter expBackoff.

For users of the asset loader feature
- classes LoadAssetGroupCommand and LoadingInstructions have been
dropped; it is recommended that users develop their own solution; see 
the LoadupForAssets demo, version 2, for a sample solution; this is 
the replacement for the StartupForAssets demo
- in class AssetGroupProxy, protected var smMonitorJobId and public 
function getSMMonitorJobId have been dropped, since jobId is no 
longer supported (see above)
- in mediators or commands, where the asset group proxy name was used 
as a notification type descriminator, now use the LoadupMonitorProxy 
proxy name instead, there being one monitor instance per asset group.
