Secondary Source Directory for Custom Components
Enable the framework to reference a secondary source directory within the RetroDECK folder to allow users to experiment with and build custom recipe and ingredient files.
Add support for an additional components path:
retrodeck/storage/retrodeck/external_components
ES-DE path will be in var:
/var/data/retrodeck/external_components/
