Currently powershellgallery only provides a nuget v2 endpoint. Do you have plans to support v3 in the future? Microsoft has announced that v2 is deprecated.

There is no official NuGet v3 proxy AFAIK. But there is pwsh.gallery:

It's more of a super cool proof of concept than something that can fully replace PowerShell Gallery v2 API though, in my experience at least.
