The cmdlet help link for New-TemporaryFile is broken.

Steps to reproduce

Get-Help New-TemporaryFile -Online

Expected behavior

I get redirected to a help page like e.g. to
https://docs.microsoft.com/powershell/module/Microsoft.PowerShell.Utility/New-TemporaryFile?view=powershell-6.0

Actual behavior

I get redirected to
https://technet.microsoft.com/library/cc732148.aspx
