Hi, I'm having some issues with processing TMT data that has been acquired with FAIMS. Specifically, IsobaricAnalyzer is throwing this error:
Error: Error: Unable to read file (- due to that error of type InvalidValue in: /OpenMS/src/openms/source/METADATA/Precursor.cpp@163void OpenMS::Precursor::setIsolationWindowLowerOffset(double))When I split the mzML using https://github.com/PNNL-Comp-Mass-Spec/Thermo-FAIMS-to-MzML things seem to work again, pointing to FAIMS possibly being an issue. Since this is the extent of my troubleshooting so far I haven't made an issue but wanted to check with the community if anyone else has encountered this.
