Link google colab to Cardea and add badge README.md #67
Description
In addition to launching notebooks from binder, we want users to be able to run the notebooks from google colab.
This is easy to add, update the README.md with the following line:
[](https://colab.research.google.com/github/DAI-Lab/Cardea/)
Also update appointment_noshow_tutorial to be able to run on colab. This adds a new cell of ! pip install cardea.
