Description
I enter a Mozilla Hubs room (either on myhubs or on Mozilla Hubs Community Edition hosted by VirtualLink) with an Apple iPad device (tested on iPad Pro 11", fourth generation - model MNXF3TY/A and on iPad 10" of the same generation).
Up to the menu for selecting the type of room entry, everything works perfectly and the room is displayed correctly. After a few moments after entering the room (it may be immediately or after a few minutes) the room lights switch off and the illumination is completely lost. In the attached short video, starting at the 1m/25s moment, I tried to make a screenshot of the state, but you can see the scene that becomes dark from normal illumination after having saved the screenshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enter in a room or create one
  2. Click on 'Join to room' (or "Unisciti alla stanza" in the Italian version)
  3. Accept the microphone usage
  4. Visit the room.
  5. Make a screenshot with your iPad or wait until the room becomes dark.
  6. Suddenly the room will become dark.

Expected behavior
I expect to have a normal tour and usage of the room.

Screenshots
In the attached area, you can see normal screenshots from a Chrome browser version, an Android phone instance of Mozilla Hubs room, and the dark version of the iPad instance. To understand better, I attached a video where the problem starts at 1m 23s.

Hardware

  • Device: iPad 11" - fourth generation
  • OS: 17.4.1
  • Browser: Safari, Chrome

Additional context
It was ok in the previous versions of Mozilla Hubs (beginning of April).
We discovered this issue last week (May 20th - May 24th).
