Can't uninstall from codebox #1
Description
I had installed the 0.1.0 version of this plugin in codebox. I just recently tried to uninstall it, and clicking the "uninstall" button did nothing. Is this plugin going away? The "More info" link came back as a 404, so I had to dig around a bit to see what happened...
