Filmpire is a web-based movie discovery application that allows users to search for movies, sort them by category or genre, view their details and those of their actors, add them to their favorites or watchlist, and much more.

- Clone this repository to your locl machine.
- Run
npm installto install the required dependencies. - Get a TMDB API key at https://developer.themoviedb.org/docs/getting-started. You'll have to create an account first.
- Duplicate the
.env.examplefile and rename it to.env.localand add your API key in there. - Run
npm run devto start the local web server.
