What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This adds snippets and other VS Code support for Cdocs (Markdoc).
Most of the changes are to support Markdoc's language server, which requires certain configurations to be in place. I also reformatted the existing
.mdoc.mdfile according to how the language server prefers to format the file, just to avoid random annoying diffs later.I'll be testing the snippets heavily throughout the pilot, so their accuracy isn't a huge deal, and they will likely continue to evolve. Feel free to skim those.
