Problem Description

Several of the integration tests are suddenly failing. There is an existing GitHub issue for the capybara gem that may reveal a fix Chrome 134 breaks Selenium tests - intermittent failures with visit(visit_uri) teamcapybara/capybara#2800

Observed Behaviour

The following is two runs of the PostgreSQL GitHub Action against the same commit:
