菜单有时会自动缩回 #8

现在更新菜单比较暴力，是直接用新菜单替换旧的，有几个解决方案：

  1. 菜单显示前刷新。不过Electron似乎暂时没有提供类似 aboutToShow 的接口
  2. 点开菜单时停止刷新。不过似乎也没有菜单显示和隐藏事件，Mac下有菜单似乎又无法捕获左键
  3. 减少刷新次数。不过如果小于一分钟，上面的时间就不太准确了
  4. 温柔一点，只改文字。暂时没有相关接口，菜单创建后似乎改不了了

Electron 的 repo 已经有相关问题了

不过目前可以改进下，菜单模板不变的部分每次就不用构建了
