I'm trying to build AFL++ with /INSTALL.md description and got those messages.
I think I mixed up something here..

I'm using LLVM 14.0.0

unset your LLVM_CONFIG
try make and sudo make install

I tried that as well but it wouldn't work.
I initialised the whole system and it is sorted now.
