This Pre-General Availability Test Application (the “Test Application”) is incorporated into and made part of the agreement governing your use of Google Workspace services (the "Agreement").  The Agreement may be, for example, the Google Workspace Terms of Service, the Google Workspace Services Schedule to the Google Cloud Master Agreement, or Google Workspace for Education Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Test Application have the meaning stated in the Agreement.

Use this Test Application to apply for access to the Policy Visualization Open Beta (the “Test Product”). The Test Product is a Pre-GA Offering. If you are granted access to the Test Product, the terms in this Test Application, together with the Agreement, will govern access to and use of the Test Product.

This Test Product is an enhancement to Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides that will allow security policies to be visualized more proactively in the product. Currently, when there are security policies applied to documents, spreadsheets, presentations or files, users are given no central explanation of which actions, like downloading, making a copy, or external sharing are restricted. To improve upon this experience, users who are interacting with policy-protected content, such as those with data loss prevention (DLP) rules or trust rules, will now be proactively informed about what actions are prevented by those policies. There are no changes to the admin policies themselves and remain entirely under customer control.

Functionality Limitations. - Note that the Test Product is a pre-general availability Google Workspace feature with limited and evolving functionality and may be more prone to errors or inaccuracies than other Google services.
