SCENARIO 1 A marketing strategy.-

If you were a Marketing Manager for a National Corporation and if you were given 20,000 USD for a marketing campaign; consider that
would have to use all that money to promote the product (or service) of the company you work for, please, mention at least three ways to

If I were a marketing manager for a National Corporation. With the 20,000 USD they gave me for the marketing
campaign, I am going to use all that money to promote the products that the company has the most lagging
behind in marketing.

One of the ways in which I will spend that money will be to buy space in the main radio and television
companies.

Secondly, I would carry out a special campaign in favor of vulnerable people, granting aid where 20 cents is
allocated for every dollar that customers buy, to provide food to the poor class.

I could carry out an advertising campaign on social networks and I would have the possibility of having a great
reach mainly with the inhabitants of the area, but the most important thing is that I could segment by age, sex,
tastes and interests and I will increase knowledge of the Population towards my products and towards the
company.

I would use the remaining money, which would be a lot thanks to this economic campaign, to encourage
employees and at the same time we will be able to do charity work.

SCENARIO 2 Being a congressman / congresswoman

If you were elected congressman / congresswoman in Mexico Republic, what would you do to...?

In relation to increasing the quality of life of Mexicans, if I were elected as congressman for the Mexican
Republic, I would promote laws for the federal government to invest in public works to improve urbanization and
image, but above all with regard to to health.

Regarding the index of violence and crime in Mexico, it would promote the recovery of values, together with the
improvement of services and education so that households are not creators of criminals.

If we achieve these projects together, all Mexicans will benefit equally from social development and peace in
Mexico.

If you were the president of a TV Network for instance (Televisa / CNN / OnceTV / ESPN / Azteca /...)
a) What would you do to increase Culture in Mexico population? b) What programs, series, movies or TV commercials would you eliminate
in order to diminish ignorance?

If I were the president of a TV Network for instance I would promote the creation of programs that contain within
their series family integration and the preservation of values directed at people and respect for property, as well
as seeking to encourage people to continue education, mainly in economics and respect. to the environment,
which generates a better economy for all.

I would eliminate those programs that promote the pain of families and the separation of people, especially those
that are based on stereotypes and extraneousness.

The commercials would have educational content and in this way ensure food and responsible consumption.

SCENARIO 4 Being an HR Manager under pressure

If you were the Human Resources Manager at a big company (5,000 employees in Mexico) and if you were notified that there is an imminent
company downsizing, so you have to come up with a plan for cost reduction. What strategies would you suggest to the executives of the

I would seek to motivate many employees who are performing their duties correctly and they would know that
they can grow within the company, with a better position and a higher salary, If you were the Human Resources
Manager at a big company.

I would seek innovation in production areas so that it is mechanized and at the same time depends on fewer
personnel, but at the same time I would promote the liquidation of younger personnel with fewer capacities so
that older adults continue in a process of early retirement and thus reducing the workforce and making resources
more efficient.
