"ccache" or "Ccache"?

What is the spelling we settle on? "ccache" or "Ccache"?

The article currently uses both.

"hashing different kinds of information that should be unique for the compilation"

What would be the correct phrase to refer to the set of information being described as "different kinds of information that should be unique for the compilation"? The 'compilation profile'?
