Darian (Persian: داريان)[a] is a city in the Central District of Shiraz County, Fars province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Darian Rural District.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 9,926 in 2,558 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 9,557 people in 2,769 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 10,037 people in 3,021 households.[2]
