WTOU (1660 AM) is an American expanded band radio station licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to operate on 1660 kHz from facilities located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The station had been licensed to Fairfield Broadcasting as WQSN, and was sold to Midwest Communications in 2006. The FCC approved a callsign change on March 26, 2007 to WQLR, the former callsign of WVFM, an existing FM music station owned by Midwest Communications in Kalamazoo. On December 18, 2020, the station switched callsigns with WTOU. The station flipped from sports to urban adult contemporary, simulcasting with WQLR sometime in mid- to late-2020.
WQLR Started out as a Clear music Station. Elevator music for some. It was located on the 3rd floor of what was the ISB Building (now the Comerica Building) in downtown Kalamazoo.

In the fall of 2010, WQLR signed a five-year contract to become the flagship station of Western Michigan University women's basketball. The station continues to be the home of WMU women's basketball.
