    pura (clean) + ‎-igi → ‎purigi (to make clean, to clean (tr))
  2. (with verbal roots) makes transitive verbs out of intransitive ones
    manĝi (to eat) + ‎-igi → ‎manĝigi (to feed)
    bruli (to burn (intr)) + ‎-igi → ‎bruligi (to burn (tr))
