English: Gold lunula (plural: lunulae) is a distinctive type of early Bronze Age necklace shaped like a crescent moon. Gold Lunula are found most commonly in Ireland, but there are moderate numbers in other parts of Europe as well, particularly Great Britain. This Gold lunula is found during April 1911 in Schulenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. Her size is 171 x 176x 0,5 mm. She weighs 117,7 grams and consist of 94 % gold.
Deutsch: Die Goldlunula (plural: Goldlunulae) ist eine vermutlich in Irland in der frühen Bronzezeit aus Gold gefertigte Lunula. Sie erinnert durch ihre goldene Farbe und ihre sichelartige Form an das Aussehen der Mondsichel. Deshalb ist ihr Name abgeleitet von dem lateinischen Wort lunula = Mond. Diese Goldlunula von Schulenburg wurde Anfang April 1911 in Schulenburg in Niedersachsen gefunden. Ihre Maße sind 171 x 176x 0,5 mm. Sie wiegt 117,7 Gramm und besteht zu 94 % aus Gold.
