This is really good!! Exploring the different endings is a really good time. The sense of doom never lets up, but it does feel like we've accomplished something when the son is able to escape...
I really like this format! It's cool to see how so many stories can be told through so few words. The art is very nice too.
I really really enjoy the artwork!! The unusual side-by-side layout makes it feel very unique, and I’m enjoying reading the different paths to figure out more about the story. Thanks for making this game!
This game was awesome. I managed to get all the endings. Ending 5 was my favorite though.
Thanks for playing, and well done for getting all the endings! 🍻
You're welcome and I apologize for the late reply. I had almost gave up since i normally never get all the endings in most games. This was worth it though. :)
Loved this! Your use of the minimalist elements was so creative. I loved the art and UI, and the series of choices for all the endings was really fascinating. I really enjoyed unraveling the story.
I really enjoyed this game! The use of nvl screens this way is so creative. I really love how the commands Jane gives are linked to the direction she takes her letter, and I especially love how each ending slowly reveals a different piece of the story, and how each route felt like it ended poetically based on its unique piece.
I can't get enough of how stunning this game is artistically, too. The art of Jane, the way you did the effect of the door opening, the silhouette of the pirate, the way the speech bubbles appear, the UI elements, it's all so good!
Thanks! I was uncertain if the relationship between her orders and the letter's content was too vague, so I'm glad it worked. :)
Wonderful game, with a fantastic atmosphere, I loved the little door opening effect.
Gorgeous art, gorgeous story, gorgeous use of UI... congratulations on a gorgeous release. Absolutely love this little game.
