Notes to run the code:
1. The code is written in C# in Visual Studio 2015.
2. The code runs only on discrete datasets.
3. The headers must not be part of the input .csv or .txt data files.
4. The code does not work on dataset with missing values.
5. The code generates the output result files in the <Project Path>\Bin\Debug\Output1.
