One time I worked as a guide at a university. My job was to give tours to potential students.
At the end of one tour, I asked for feedback as I did every time.
“More fun stuff," replied one female student.
“Thank you," I said, and I meant it. You see, I didn’t realize that my tours needed that.
I worked hard to be as informational as your guide as possible, but I was missing out on discussing the many fun things that happen in college.
The youth among us really want to have as much fun as possible, and that is important to remember. But adults need fun and recreation as well.
What about you? Are you having enough fun in life?
Yes, you could be doing well and making good money. You might be finding success. Things could be great and dandy.
But for those others in your life, they may be missing something. You could be missing out on certain fun activities that you crave and they could be hoping for different types of fun.
This weekend I will be taking some people to a place they’ve been to before, but this time I will show them an area there that is quite a lot of fun. It was only recently that I learned about this destination so I am looking forward to sharing this with them.
Remember, try to include a variety of fun activities and destinations in life. Don’t have a shortage of fun when you could have had a surplus instead!
