Empathy is associated with the fact that the presidents are required to identify with the needs of the students owing the fact that they were students at a certain point in their university lives creates an understanding approach. Effective communication enables the president to be able to address people in an effective manner that passes the message across and incites the required feedback and results from the audience. Communication also enables the leaders to resolve conflicts and mediate negotiations efficiently. Perseverance allows leaders to withstand challenges, difficulties and barriers while pursuing their goals and objectives. This trait ensures that they do not give up along the way and work towards determining the cause of the challenges and strategically dealing with them.
The above analysis of the attributes and traits required of a college president proves how important traits are in the development of a leader and in the efficiency of their leadership. It also expounds on the fact that the idea of traits being the centerpiece of leadership is in constant evolution and advancement. The strong sense and identification of an effective leader as the focus of any institution largely involves the traits and behaviors that they possess. Strong college or university presidents understand that apart from the successful plans that they intend to implement, their character and traits play a large role in the effectiveness of their leadership. The fact that traits and attributes are a visible and identifiable aspect proves just how favorable the argument of the ‘Traits Approach’ is in the case of effective leadership.
The School of Music, in conjunction with the University proper, is well on its way to meeting the larger University mission to ensure that it becomes part of the community fabric. It has provided the University with the stability that allows it to be less concerned with financial risks, which require sudden drastic, and untimely academic and instructional adjustments to continue operations of the highest standards. Well positioned to move forward with a quality mission, vision, and the path to facilitate dedication to their most valuable resources, while ensuring that the resources are upheld with respect, dignity, and appreciation, Marshall University can continue to work towards academic, institutional, and personal success.
Andragogy theory also sets policies; to use them the instructor needs to consider the following factors:

Students’ experience should form the backbone of the structure; failing to take these factors into consideration can result in traits of unintended discrimination and oppression. The system is trying to eradicate inequality.
Aside from course outlines, environmental conditions need to be considered. They can be either on a personal or group level, which will dictate the requirements for individual training or classes. The physical surroundings should be deigned to enhance self-reflection and motivation.
Both leadership initiatives and andragogy have various pros and cons, though most of the disadvantages are decision oriented. Most of the cons, common to any weak and inconsistent system, depend on the instructors’ ability to develop an ideal approach towards the discourse. By choosing to use the adults’ experience to draft the outline, the system can stabilize sufficiently to be implemented in several class sessions. With the disadvantage of limited time for these students to learn, the process will continue until the adult retires. Adults are motivated to study, either, to upgrade their knowledge, or to advance in their job opportunities.
Fluid intelligence has connections tied around having the ability to find solutions to new problems through the use of logic. Under this form of intelligence, these different situations are solved though the simple means of patterns identity and association of familiarity (Cohen, 2012). Case in point is the use of a complicated subway system in a city for the first time. In order to effectively navigate this system there is the need for mastery of the stops and knowing the exact trains to take at specific locations, which is not known if it is your first time on the system. This allows for a person to tap into their crystallized intelligence, solving the need to enhance the quick thinking skills of the fluid situation, “to quickly scan a vast storehouse of templates for relevant information and past experience to come up with a novel solution to a problem” (Cohen, 2012). It is important to note, under fluid intelligence, the use of knowledge is different when one is placed into a specific situation; thus the idea of being flexible as well as adaptive to a given circumstance. Crystallized information on the other hand is rooted in the ability to tap into one’s knowledge reserve and experiences to handle various situations. Knowledge acquisition in an educational environment is best described as crystallized knowledge with an enhancement. As a person gets older, the two types of intelligence give varied patterns of change in relation to educational psychology.
The movement made small structures and simple groups that were sent to different locations to help educate and empower workers. Though not supported by most of the Cardinal Bishops, most of the Catholic leaders understood the proper influence of their activities hence causing beautiful impacts to the POPE who is a political and religious leader. Their powers created a more stable platform that enabled most of the Catholics to get a better education in a more profound way. To some extent, it is ideal to understand that learning gave Catholics the pioneering power towards politics both on community and National levels. The education system introduced a community-based learning system that supported the community thus making them an organization that made all the decisions regarding the guiding of the community.
Finally, Catholics have created a more advanced system regarding the creation and shaping of new and old laws in many national communities. First, through the international leader President J.F Kennedy, the federal death penalty was abolished. Also, with the keen reconsideration of the abortion laws, he made an appealing situation towards the consideration of the case. Also, there are global statements towards the recreation and establishment of Catholics globally. Currently, many nations rely on the mission schools and rules of Catholics to establish their major policies and laws because of the religious guidance. First, Catholics are known to maintain their old traditional platform of governance relying on the Vatican rules. Finally, Catholics play a significant role in dictating modern politics organization decision making.
