We provide community, education, and access to Black and Latinx entrepreneurs, allowing them to launch and build tech businesses with modest resources.
Conversations about tech entrepreneurship are often centered around venture capital and how to get investor buy-in. Black & Brown Founders works with people as early as “idea stage”, helps them launch a business tailored to their most valuable skills, and start making sales.
We believe that profitability is more important than fundability, because it ensures that our founders have options as they grow. We’re not just creating awareness, but changing how people think about startups.
We provide culturally relevant information about bootstrapping through online education and events.
Don’t waste precious time and money making all the classic mistakes as a first-time founder. Our Bootstrapping Bootcamp provides coaching, community, and our special recipe for refining your business idea, building your prototype, and getting it launched!

In 2023 the project lead was Jos Duncan Asé, founder, executive producer, and publisher of Love Now Media.
THRIVE Campaign Initiative
In 2022 we collaborated with My Money My Future on the THRIVE Campaign initiative A campaign designed to empower Black and Latino communities to build wealth with actionable tools and resources.
