Previous version used "markers on a path" instead of "use" elements in order to reduce file size. It looked fine in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Inkscape. Unfortunately it triggered a bug in Wikimedia's Media Viewer which caused an unexpected 180° rotation on one (and only one) of the lower stars. This updated version falls back to using "use" elements.
