At the same time, this model presents the need for “expectation management” in the context of work psychology to the attention of all academics and practitioners. Design/methodology/approach To test the hypotheses of the study, data were obtained from 475 health-care workers in a public hospital. Hypotheses were tested using Process Macro Model of Hayes (2018). Findings The result of the analyses determined that the optimistic expectations for the organization as a whole have a positive effect on job satisfaction, both directly and indirectly, and that job crafting behaviour has a partial mediating role in this effect. Salgın en çok olumsuz olarak sivil havacılık işletmelerini etkilemiş birçok köklü işletme iflas etmiştir. Yapılan çalışmanın amacı, salgın döneminde sivil havacılık işletmelerinin kalite yönetimi konusunda gösterdikleri başarının müşteri gözünden ölçülmesini ve nasıl algılandığını ortaya koymaktır. Amaç doğrultusunda SERVQUAL Ölçeği ile Kars İlinde daha önce en az bir defa havayolu ile seyahat eden 549 kişiye anket formu uygulanmıştır. Abstract This study aimed to examine the potential determinants of the entrepreneurial intention ... more Abstract This study aimed to examine the potential determinants of the entrepreneurial intention (EI) levels of Turkish and Iranian undergraduate students with an emphasis on the narrow personality traits that could predict such students’ EI levels. For this purpose, a well-established written questionnaire was administered to a total of 875 undergraduate students from both countries. Due to the ordered nature of the dependent variable, the data were analyzed using the ordered logit, generalized ordered logit, and partial proportional odds models. The results of the study showed significant differences between the Turkish and Iranian undergraduate students’ EI levels. That is, the presence of an entrepreneur in the family increased the Turkish undergraduate students’ EI levels whereas the Turkish undergraduate students whose household heads were government officials or retirees had lower EI levels than those whose parents were self-employed. The Turkish undergraduate students who saw themselves as having much enthusiasm and having the tendency to become tense and to do things efficiently had a higher intention to found a business venture in the near future compared to those who did not have such traits. In contrast, the Turkish students who saw themselves as having the tendency to persevere until their task is finished, to be moody, and to make plans and implement them had lower EI levels than those who did not have these traits. Openness (with significant narrow personality traits such as having the tendency to be original, to come up with new ideas, and to have an active imagination) was found to be the Big Five personality trait with the greatest positive impact on the Iranian undergraduate students’ EI levels whereas the Iranian undergraduate students who saw themselves as ingenious, deep thinkers, and worriers had lower EI levels. It was also shown in this study that the Iranian undergraduate students with a monthly income from a job in addition to their stipend from their family were more likely to have higher EI levels than those whose monthly funds came only from their parents. In addition, the male Iranian students were found to have lower EI levels than their female counterparts. This study contributed to the existing literature by conducting a cross-cultural comparison of two developing countries using the ordered discrete choice modeling approaches, and its empirical findings may assist policymakers in coming up with effective policies for promoting entrepreneurship.

This study deepens this knowledge, and proposes a model that puts forward the idea that optimistic expectations stimulate proactive personality characteristics and in this way activate strategic vigilance which forms the basis of behavioral decisions. In order to test this model, research was carried out with 280 entrepreneurs participating. Data obtained from the sample were analyzed using statistical programs which examine mediating effect. The research findings have shown that optimistic expectations affect strategic vigilance significantly and positively, and proactive personality traits have a fully mediating role in this effect. The study investigates how these studies progress using text mining and science mapping analysis method and the results are interpreted. Text mining, also referred to as text data mining, roughly equivalent to text analytics, is the process of deriving high-quality information from text. High-quality information is typically derived through the devising of patterns and trends through means such as statistical pattern learning. Using firstly text mining ,after secondly scientific mapping methods and the obtained results are interpreted. Text mining with bibliometric analysis method enables a statistical analysis of various data about scientific publications including their country, author(s), cooperation among authors, citations, references, institutions, publication date, and puts forward the general aspect of a certain discipline in the light of obtained statistical results. In other words, the purpose of scientific mapping is to demonstrate structural and dynamic aspects of a scientific research. This study introduces how many indusrty 4.0 related papers were published between the period 2012-2018 regarding SCOPUS data base and their distributions are established with respect to the scope of journals and keywords using scientific mapping analysis with Science Mapping Analysis Software Tool (SciMAT). This package program provides a comprehensive data sorting and opportunity to succeed single-handed distinctive analyis methods for scientific mapping. T... more This paper aims to examine the progress of Industry 4.0 studies worldwide from 2012 to present. The study investigates how these studies progress using text mining and science mapping analysis method and the results are interpreted. Text mining, also referred to as text data mining, roughly equivalent to text analytics, is the process of deriving high-quality information from text. High-quality information is typically derived through the devising of patterns and trends through means such as statistical pattern learning. Using firstly text mining ,after secondly scientific mapping methods and the obtained results are interpreted. Text mining with bibliometric analysis method enables a statistical analysis of various data about scientific publications including their country, author(s), cooperation among authors, citations, references, institutions, publication date, and puts forward the general aspect of a certain discipline in the light of obtained statistical results. In other words, the purpose of scientific mapping is to demonstrate structural and dynamic aspects of a scientific research. This study introduces how many indusrty 4.0 related papers were published between the period 2012-2018 regarding SCOPUS data base and their distributions are established with respect to the scope of journals and keywords using scientific mapping analysis with Science Mapping Analysis Software Tool (SciMAT). This package program provides a comprehensive data sorting and opportunity to succeed single-handed distinctive analyis methods for scientific mapping. Moreover, VOSviewer program is also used to put forward citation patterns among authors. Thus, differences between subjects that may have an impact on the revolution of studies concentrated on the concept of industry 4.0 on SCOPUS data base, can be examined.
