I got this as an under-desk walking pad to stay active during the workday. Overall, it does what it needs to and was reasonably priced for what you get. Top speed is 3.7mph which is a very fast walk / very slow jog. It has a remote which works good but there are no manual buttons on the treadmill itself. You loose/break the remote and that's it - there is no other way to turn on and control it.The display cycles through 4 data points: Speed, Distance, Time, and Calories moving to the next every 5 seconds or so. Would be really nice to be able to choose which one to stay on. Another small oddity is that the timer maxes out at 99:59 and once it reaches the 1 hour 40 min mark, it just stops. Like, it just turns off the treadmill. Really worried me the first time it happened since it was unexpected I thought it may have overheated or broken. But nope, it just stops at 99:59 and you have to shut it off and on and start it again. Makes zero sense to me but okay...Lastly the belt is really hard to keep straight. It tends to want to drift to one side and adjusting the tilt via the back screws to straighten it was a HUGE mistake. Took me about an hour to get it remotely centered-ish again. When it dies or within the next year (whichever comes first), I'll probably move on to something more expensive - one that can collapse/fold. If I could do it over again, I would probably make a different choice.

I initially ordered this walk pad for my home office in July of this year. It worked perfectly for a month until it started to skid and as I thought I could manage to fix it myself, it gave me an error code and then I saw a spark in the motor. I got stock in my confusion. I can fix certain things, but this one was way over my head. I reached out to Airhot customer service and they were very understanding and very helpful. Helpful is not a good word. They went above and beyond and resend me a new walk pad. They really made my day. I love using it on my daily routine and it’s perfect for a small place when you a have home office. I use it even when I watch a movie sometimes. It’s a perfect way to loose some weight and stay in shape. With this walk pad you cannot have an excuse not to go for a walk, cause it’s too hot or too cold or it’s raining outside. Lol

I bought this about 2 months ago and have used it at least 3-4x a week on average since I bought it. This hold up well and I enjoy using it. There is no incline and it goes up to 3.7 for speed. This works for me however if you want incline or to run fast, this is not for you. If you’re looking to increase your steps by walking or a light jog, this is perfect. I know going outside is just as easy but sometimes between weather and amount of daylight, I needed an option to be able to walk in my home whenever it worked for me. This is super easy to stow under a bed or in closet. I was home alone when it arrived and I was able to bring it into my guest bedroom and get it all set up. There is no assembly required. I used it within 30 minutes of taking it out of the box. It has a handy remote to use which makes it so easy to change speed and mode when using. The cost is well worth the value in my opinion.

Well got my package today was super excited to use it. However when I saw the state of the box I was already raising an eyebrow. However when I opened it I was very disappointed...trendmill is inside no remote or the other parts. And without the other parts I can't even use it. I look at the box and packing careful but nothing expect for empty bags and broken packing foam..and I was hoping to use it too..hope to hear back about what happened to my order

Received for Christmas. Worked for one day and then next time, when I pushed + button to increase speed, it randomly goes as fast as it can and you have to jump off! I reread thru manual and made sure I WAS NOT holding + button down for longer than two seconds. Continues to ramp up speed randomly.
DANGEROUS and too nervous to use this now. I called after sales numbers in manual before my return date, but no response. Now they are telling me I am past my return date. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY to purchase from. Read thru all reviews ... this is not the first complaint about this problem with this pad!!!
