    We wanted a tv that would blend in with our living room and the frame tv fits perfectly. We love the art that can be displayed when not watching tv; if you squint just a bit, it really seems like you’re looking at a framed print, not a tv. The set comes with its own mount and our adult son had no problems in setting it up. To complete the sense of a picture frame, he cut a hole in the drywall behind the tv and one behind the piece of furniture on which her placed the box that connects with the tv. So no cables are visible between the frame and the box ( all cables including the HDMI and sound bar cable go into the box instead of the tv)
    Picture quality is good and the Samsung remote works well. At $400 off list price through Prime Days, we’re thrilled with this set.

    TV worked great for 1 year and then all of a sudden just turned off. It took me a few days to find out it was the One Connect box and that was after 3 hrs of troubleshooting the issue with someone from Samsung. The TV would not even turn on. I was told I had to contact the Samsung parts dept and when I gave them the model # on the back of the One Connect box the person at Samsung told me that wasn’t a part they had….so how did I buy a TV on Amazon with this part I asked and he couldn’t tell me. I can see that I can buy the One Connect box from EBay with the correct model number but not sure if this will work? Either way I currently have an expensive tv in my house that is not working and getting no help in resolving the situation. Can’t give the product more than 1 star with this kind of service on the back end…go to Costco and buy it so if this happens you can just walk back in with it and get a brand new one!!!

    We didn't mount on the wall. We just put it on the stand that it comes with. Still very attractive without being wall mounted. It took some time getting accustomed to the remote, and it is the most complicated tv I have ever worked with. I can get to our cable, and Apple TV, and maybe that tells you something about me. I don't take advantage of the latest ways of watching tv -- like YouTube TV, casting, or any of that stuff -- I am still getting used to not having to change the channels manually or adjust the antenna. The art work is very cool, and with the mat screen and no glare, it is very attractive -- even without wall mounting or having a picture frame. All in all, it was worth the money, but be prepared to have to look some things up for help.

    I wasn’t expecting the best picture quality, which in hindsight seems silly with this thing being a 1k+ tv. With that said, after a year with it, it’s safe to say the picture quality is nowhere near my Sony OLED - so don't expect this thing to wow you. Fine, no big deal, didn’t expect it to. The mounting bracket and finished look are great and was easy to install. The tv looks slim and nearly flush to the wall. Picture mode is great, but when the free trial runs out, the subscription is way over priced. The software on this tv is absolutely atrocious. Often times it is completely unusable, won’t load, disconnects from wifi frequently and so on. I don’t know how Samsung hasn’t fixed the software yet, I can’t imagine anyone who uses this tv often is happy with it. You will have to hard restart this tv often to get things working again, which is just a major pain and is time consuming constantly trying to diagnose why Netflix (or whatever) won’t load. This is basically your only option for an aesthetically pleasing tv, but don’t expect the insides to match the appearance
