Is it appropriate to be regulated by the state or should it be regulated at the national level?
Why is this important? How do you feel about it?
The forensic investigator’s job will most likely be completed in stages detailing the goal of finding child pornography on the computer’s hard drive of the perpetrator and identifying such by extracting all relevant data within the system.
How do those words sound and feel to you now? Have you changed your sexual vocabulary as you have grown older? What influenced your change, if any, in term usage?
Explain whether you feel more comfortable with slang or formal/proper vocabulary with the following groups and identify why: Your parents, a significant love interest, your friends.

Resolving evidence conflicts and inconsistencies, and assessing witness credibility, are the province of the fact finder, not this Court.
