Summary

Cebu, the Queen City of the South. Great tourist spot, growing economy, terrible traffic. But that’s what you’re supposed to see. There’s a whole other world in the city’s underbelly. Alexander "Rex" Luna’s just got back from Siquijor because of his parents' jobs. He reunites with his childhood friends, but they're not happy with him being back because he didn't say goodbye when he left four years ago. Between his childhood friends, madhouse school, and getting used to city life again, he’s got his work cut out for him.
