YouTube TV getting $10 price increase to $82.99 in January 2025

Following the last increase in April of 2023, the price of YouTube TV is going up $10 to $82.99 starting Monday, January 13, 2025.

As such, the YouTube TV Base Plan will cost $82.99 per month. In an email to customers this morning, Google says this is to “keep up with the rising cost of content and the investments we make in the quality of our service,” and that it doesn’t “make these decisions lightly.”

We are committed to bringing you features that are changing the way we watch live TV, like unlimited DVR storage and multiview*, and supporting YouTube TV’s breadth of content and vast on-demand library of movies and shows.

Launch (2017)$35
March 2018$40
May 2019$49.99
July 2020$64.99
April 2023$72.99
January 2025$82.99

The new price “will change in your first billing cycle on or after January 13, 2025.” There are no changes to trial and promotional pricing.
