Beginning with the April 1945 issue (no.40, p.614) of Academy Players Directory, the photographs previously seen for Nino Pipitone Jr now were listed as "David Stuart (formerly Nino Pipitone, Jr.)", showing some of the same film credits as his previous listings. Apparently, the new name was never used in any film credits.
