The Journal of Entrepreneurial Studies (eISSN 3063-0452) is published bi-annually in May and November each year. The manuscript submitted to the Journal of Entrepreneurial Studies should be an original research paper with significant contribution to the entrepreneurship literature and is not concurrently being considered for publication in other journals.

ZIGMA (pISSN 0854-4255) menerbitkan hasil penelitian dan review artikel di bidang teknologi pangan, ilmu pangan, dan nutrisi. Ruang lingkup jurnal ini meliputi topik kimia pangan, biokimia pangan, mikrobiologi pangan, bioteknologi pangan, keamanan pangan, rekayasa pangan, pengendalian mutu pangan, evaluasi sensori pangan, pengembangan produk pangan, pangan fungsional, gizi dan kesehatan, dan topik terkait pangan lainnya.

Beyond Words (eISSN 2338-6339 and pISSN 2460-6308) focuses on language education and applied linguistics. It is published twice a year in May and November. Publications include perspectives, research articles, and book reviews related to language education and applied linguistics.

Komunikatif is issued by Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya since 2012. Komunikatif is a peer-reviewed journal. Komunikatif publishes an article from selected topics in communication studies; those are media studies, public relations, and human communication. Articles issued by Komunikatif are conceptual articles and research articles. Komunikatif aims at publishing research and scientific thinking regarding the development of communication studies and contemporary social phenomena. Komunikatif also wishes to become an eligible reference for students and/or academia, especially in the communication field. Komunikatif is issued twice a year (July and December). Komunikatif clarifies ethical behavior for all parties involved, including authors, editor-in-chief, Editorial Board, reviewers, and publisher. Komunikatif provides free access for the online version to support knowledge exchange globally.

Journal of Widya Medika Junior (E-ISSN 2656-1409) is our faculty's very first project in publishing the students' research, making them available for both students and faculty members to read. It is an endeavour to nurture our students' passion in doing scientific research through which process they will be encouraged to develop critical thinking, academic writing, an in-depth analysis of a particular topic using scientific method, and eventually produce knowledge. To ensure that those research are of high quality, the students are supervised along the research process by the teachers. By doing so, we are carrying out one of the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education comprising Education, Research and Community Service). Furthermore, if we are to become one of the top universities, we should need to enhance our productivity in research along with its publication. In a hope of enhancing our university ranking by investing more on research, we would also make our share in resolving problems and challenges at both national and global levels.

Magister Scientiae Journal is published twice annually in March and October. This journal contains articles based on research report and critical analysis in teaching and learning. We only accept manuscripts which have not been published in other media, including personal blogs. The contributing manuscripts should be written in English formatted accordingly with the manuscript direction. Contributors would like to give permission for the editors to edit the manuscript without changing its substance.

Seorang perintis Keperawatan modern adalah Florence Nightingale, lahir pada tahun 1820 di Inggris dan meninggal pada usia 90 tahun. Ia dikenal sebagai “The Lady With The Lamp” karena sewaktu bertugas di daerah peperangan di Turki, ia merawat para perajurit yang terluka di barak-barak perawatan dengan membawa LENTERA sebagai alat penerangan. Florence melihat kondisi perawatan, pengobatan, gizi, dan sanitasi yang jauh dari memuaskan. Hal ini memperburuk penderitaan para prajurit. Ia kemudian tergerak untuk memperbaiki keadaan dengan antara lain memperbaiki dan menumbuhkan sistim perawatan, pencatatan data, dan statistiknya. Dengan LENTERA ia melihat, berpikir, dan berilmu untuk mengembangkan ilmu keperawatan yang mumpuni. Dengan LENTERA pula seorang perawat menerangi mata hatinya untuk peduli dan berbagi dengan mereka yang dirawat. Terang LENTERA merupakan perlambang harapan dan bantuan secara holistik kepada yang membutuhkan.

"Experientia" is a Latin word meaning "knowledge gained from experience". The name Experientia pertains to the learning method and knowledge development practiced in the Faculty of Psychology of Widya Mandala Catholic Surabaya, which emphasizes on "experiential learning", in which the students and the instructors actively participate together in academic endeavors. The vision underlying the journal is to "give psychology away", which is to freely disseminate both empirical and non-empirical research (i.e literature reviews, metaanalysis) within domains of psychology and relevant disciplines pertaining human mind and behaviors.
